Simba Sports Club head coach Jamhuri Kihwelu has said all is well at the high altitude training camp in Tunduma ahead of the final lapse of the Mainland premier league.
Kihwelu said he is happy to have a formidable squad comprising of talented players most likely to impress in the league.
Noting that he was not depending on a specific line up, he said he was intent on swapping players who would adopt any sort of playing combination to avoid indispensability."We have carefully selected potential players during the registration period good enough to turn tables in the league," he said, downplaying the arch-rivalry with Young Africans.
"We have only one match against Yanga while the championship depends on overall performance against the other 12 teams and not on a single match outcome," said Kihwelu. He said the major focus of the Tunduma training tour is imparting skills to strikers so as to improve scoring and ball possession.
While in Tunduma, the side will play a series of friendlies against top flight sides from neighbouring Zambia, so far expected to be Mufulira Wanderers, Ndola United and Nkana Red Devils.
