Petro de Luanda coach Alberto de Carvalho "Ginguba" on Tuesday said the referees were responsible for his team's 71-69 defeat against 1º de Agosto, in the final match of the Wladmiro Romero Super Cup in Basketball, ANGOP has learnt.
"The referees spoiled the show and the federation has to ponder well about the kind of referees they choose for these games", he argued at the end of the game.Ginguba said that the team of referees, made up by Fernando Pacheco, Carlos Julion and Antonio Bernardo, did not officiate the game well, failed to stop some moves that would have changed the course of the match, thus favouring 1º de Agosto
